What are working hours?

Daily 24 hours – 7 days a week – 365 days – during all holidays.

How much is the delivery charge?

The cost of the shipping price is SAR 12 (the shipping price is adjustable) for all of Saudi Arabia. In case of CASH OF PAYMENT, upon receipt, QR 22 will be added to the value of the invoice sent by e-mail.

Is Shopping on Secure?

Do I have to be home when the order is delivered?

No, just someone to accept and sign for the order.

What if my order is missing a product or product is past its expiry date?

You can pay online using Visa, MasterCard, or on Delivery using Cash on delivery.
